Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Product Specialist will be responsible for product promotion, providing technical insights, conducting presentations, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Key responsibilities include supporting clients with product-related queries, delivering product demonstrations, and staying updated with the latest medical technology developments to meet customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of medical devices, diagnostics, surgical instruments, and healthcare products Proficiency in client relationship management, customer support, and product presentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with physicians, hospitals, and other clients Ability to analyze market trends and provide technical insights to customers Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Familiarity with the Egyptian healthcare market is a plus A bachelor's degree in healthcare, medical sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field
