We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Accountant with a strong accounting background and solid expertise in payroll accounting, taxes, deductions, and salary structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, overseeing payroll calculations, and ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all accounting activities and financial records Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Handle payroll accounting, including Salary, calculations, Taxes, deductions, statutory withholdings, Employer and employee contributions Design, review, and manage salary structures, annual increases, and periodic allowances. Ensure full compliance with tax laws, labor law, and internal policies. Monitor costs related to payroll and provide financial analysis to management. Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external parties when required. Support management with financial insights and cost-control strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting). Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant. Strong knowledge of payroll, taxes, and statutory deductions. Experience in salary structures and wage Calculations Strong analytical and leadership skills.
