As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing product experience in dubizzle Egypt (2 countries: Egypt & Lebanon) and helping businesses win these markets. You will be responsible for implementing the full product development cycle, which includes strategy, roadmap, specification, design, execution, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Design new digital and offline experiences for users on dubizzle apps and web platforms to address their needs while driving impact on the business;Develop and execute A/B Tests to further accelerate the growth of buyers & sellers Use data to make informed decisions around user growth and monetisation Drive innovation, roadmap and design of entirely new experiences and features to deliver against team and company goals Challenge all members of a cross-functional team (engineering, marketing, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans;Drive cross-functional teams to flawless and timely executions;Monitor and measure launch features and feed insights back into the product development process Ecosystem Orchestration: Own the end-to-end product journey across three layers: the Consumer App (Front-end), the Admin/Back-office tools (Internal), and the CRM/Sales tools (Operations) Data Integrity & Flow Design and maintain the logic for how data is captured, transformed, and displayed across different systems. You ensure that a Lead & in the app is a Source of Truth in the CRMInternal Tool Optimization: Build features for our internal users (Sales, Support, Ops) that are as intuitive andpowerful as our consumer apps. You understand that internal efficiency drives external growth System Integrations: Work closely with Engineering to define API requirements, third-party integrations, anddata schemas that allow our platforms to talk to each other without friction Stakeholder Management (360°): You don't just talk to Marketing. You work with Sales Ops, Customer Support, and Backend Engineers to ensure the product supports every department's workflow Scalability & Performance: Ensure that as we scale in Egypt and Lebanon, our internal systems and data


Key Metrics:

Operational Efficiency: Reducing the time it takes for internal teams to complete tasks within the Admin/CRM tools Data Accuracy: Minimizing data discrepancies between the Consumer App and the Backend/CRMSystem Latency: Improving the speed of data synchronization across the ecosystem Lead-to-Action Time: Optimizing the flow of user data so that our teams can respond to market needs in real-time


Requirements

The Experience: 5+ years of PM experience, with a heavy focus on Platform, Internal Tools, and CRMs. You have experience managing products where the back end is just as important as the front end Systems Thinking: You naturally see the world in "if this then that" logic. You understand how a change in a signup form impacts a sales report 3 systems downstream Technical Depth: You are comfortable reading API documentation and discussing database structures with engineers. You understand the difference between REST and Graph QL, and you know how webhooks work CRM/Admin Savvy: You have experience working with (or building) CRMs (like Salesforce, Hub Spot, or custom builds) and Admin dashboards The Degree: Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is mandatory for this role due to the technical complexity of our integrations
