The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate business growth in the ERP software market. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Nasr City, Cairo. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Odoo-based products and services. Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, tailored to the Odoo ecosystem. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and product launches. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the ERP software space. Plan and oversee participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote Odoo solutions. Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to achieve departmental objectives. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on Odoo ERP or similar software solutions. Proven track record in B2B marketing, lead generation, and brand development in the software/IT industry. Strong knowledge of Odoo’s architecture, modules, and target customer segments. Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot, CRM systems). Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Ability to work onsite in Nasr City, Cairo.
