Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the team to develop strategies that align with company objectives. The role requires preparing reports, market analysis, and contributing to revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction and business sustainability.
Qualifications Business development skills including lead generation, client relationship management, and market research Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Knowledge of sales strategies and performance tracking Experience in the travel and tourism sector, especially in domestic and international travel planning, is preferred Organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
