Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant for a full-time, on-site position located in our New Cairo office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing property sales opportunities, providing expert consultation to clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, promoting properties, conducting site visits, negotiating sales, and meeting sales targets while adhering to company values and standards.
Qualifications

Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with the ability to provide informed and strategic guidance to clients. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proven Sales skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Proficiency in property market knowledge and ability to assess client needs effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience in real estate sales or consulting is highly preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous.
