WE Are Hiring *Odoo developer* *Location: Nasr City*
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead and perform audits of the Odoo ERP system to identify gaps, redundancies, misuse, and optimisation opportunities. Analyse system usage and user behaviour to drive process improvements and targeted training initiatives. Investigate and resolve system-level issues, including permission management, errors, bugs, and data inconsistencies. Identify, design, and support business automation and software enhancement initiatives across departments (finance, fleet, distribution, logistics, etc.). Act as a primary point of contact with business users to understand operational challenges and translate them into effective system improvements. Provide functional support and guidance on ERP best practices, particularly within Odoo. Ensure proper documentation and prepare analytical reports for the Head of IT and relevant stakeholders. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and ensure seamless data flow.
**Requirements:**
Bachelors degree in computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or similar field.2+ years of experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo Strong analytical and communication skills. Comfortable working with software systems and exploring new tools Good knowledge of Python. Understanding of Odoo ORM fundamentals. Basic knowledge of Postgre SQL. Exposure to Odoo versions (v14, v15, v16 or later).
