Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Engineer for our urban planning projects. In this on-site role, located in Heliopolis, the individual will identify growth opportunities, develop business strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing presentations, and managing sales activities to support new projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and business opportunities. Proficiency in New Business Development and Business Development strategies, with an ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. Experience in Sales and the ability to manage business relationships and close deals. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Detail-oriented and organized, with competencies in project management. Knowledge of urban planning or construction industry is a strong advantage. Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
