Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Salesperson at our New Cairo headquarters. The Junior Sales role includes identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. Additional tasks involve promoting company products and services, conducting market research, and assisting with sales strategies to meet business objectives. Regular communication with clients and cross-functional collaboration are integral parts of this position.
Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to identify and engage potential clients Proficiency in client relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication Market research and analytical abilities to support sales strategies Knowledge of financial products and brokerage services (preferred) Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and collaborate effectively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
