Key Responsibilities:• Handle customer inquiries • Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner• Follow up on orders, deliveries, exchanges, and returns• Provide accurate information about products, availability, and promotions• Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent the brand positively• Update customer records and reports when required
Requirements:• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service (retail or e-commerce experience is a plus)• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks• Customer-oriented attitude and teamwork skills
