About the Role:Are you an Architect with a passion for Lighting? Or a Lighting Designer with a knack for business development ?
The Business Development Architect (BDA) is responsible for driving growth by establishing LUXTECH as the preferred lighting partner for architectural firms, lighting designers, and consultants. Unlike a traditional BD role, the BDA utilizes a deep architectural and technical background to "design-in" LUXTECH lighting solutions at the earliest stages of project development.
What You’ll Do: Specification Leadership: Proactively engage with leading architects and lighting designers to specify LUXTECH lighting solutions into high-profile commercial, hospitality, and residential projects. Technical Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert on Architectural Lighting Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain a robust network of specifiers, consultants, and designers, moving beyond transactional sales to long-term strategic partnerships. Value Engineering: Collaborate with internal engineering teams to translate complex client requirements into viable, high-performance lighting solutions that balance budget with design intent.
What We’re Looking For:B. Sc. in Architecture, Interior Design or Fine Arts Strong technical sales and communication skills. Excellent presentation, and communication skills. Problem-solving mindset with analytical ability.0–3 years of experience (lighting or related industry is a plus). Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Fluent in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
