Job Purpose To transform traditional manual marketing efforts into high-performance, automated systems. This role is responsible for building a "full-stack" AI ecosystem that handles everything from creative production to real-time performance monitoring, effectively operating with the efficiency and output of a full marketing agency. Key Responsibilities AI System Architecture & "Team-from-Tools" Building:Design and implement a full-stack AI campaign system that integrates idea generation, storyboarding, design, video, and copywriting. Build automated workflows for social media, including auto-generating content calendars, smart engagement flows, and 24/7 DM auto-replies. Connect disparate platforms (Content + Ads + CRM + Analytics) into a unified, automated engine. Brand Identity & Growth Strategy (New Requirement):Refine brand positioning, develop personas, and ensure all AI-generated content aligns with the established Brand Book. Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B & B2C growth strategy, including 30-60-90 day implementation plans with projected ROI. Implement specialized Linked In automation and growth plans as part of the broader channel strategy. End-to-End Creative Production & Content Management:Execute "Reverse Planning" frameworks, starting with KPIs and working backward to storyboard and asset creation. Direct AI image generation and carousel design for conversion-driven visual storytelling. Produce AI-driven video content (Reels, program teasers), including voiceovers and animating static designs. Manage a master Content Ecosystem covering social media, blogs, whitepapers, and email copy. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing (New Requirement):Manage end-to-end Paid Media campaigns (Linked In, Google, & Meta) including setup, A/B testing, and continuous optimization. Execute full SEO strategies and technical implementations to drive organic growth. Manage email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and CRM integrations to track the full lead lifecycle. Automation & Performance Monitoring:Automate the distribution of content across platforms and set up daily automated social engagement and community moderation. Implement "Paid Ads Automation" for budget optimization and creative variations. Set up real-time performance dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio, Notion) to track cross-channel KPIs like CTR, CVR, and ROI. Establish "Alerts" and "Actions" within the system to catch errors and capitalize on growth opportunities automatically.
