Role Description The Senior Genesis (Cloud Engineer) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing cloud computing systems, ensuring the stability and scalability of infrastructure, and supporting software development projects. The Senior Genesis Engineer will optimize cloud architecture, deploy and maintain systems, monitor performance, and troubleshoot technical issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications Solid expertise in Cloud Computing and Infrastructure management Proficiency in Linux system administration and management Experience with Software Development processes and principles Strong knowledge of Databases and data architecture Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Relevant certifications in cloud technologies are a plus Experience with Genesis Cloud services is highly preferred
