Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. You will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and build effective talent acquisition strategies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, creating job postings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Talent acquisition and recruitment strategy skills, with experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software would be an advantage Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Understanding of employment laws and best practices related to recruitment and hiring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in human resources and recruiting is preferred but not mandatory
