Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Hospitality / Serviced Apartments / Vacation Rentals Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Hospitality Front Desk / Operations & Facilities Officer to be the face of our property and a key support for daily operations. This role combines guest-facing responsibilities with back-office coordination, facilities follow-up, and operational support to ensure a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Experience Welcome guests professionally and manage check-in / check-out procedures Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure unit readiness Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports Operations & Facilities Follow up on maintenance issues and coordinate with technicians and suppliers Conduct regular unit and facility inspections Ensure all operational standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures are followed Track inventory, supplies, and basic procurement needs Coordination & Reporting Communicate daily updates with operations, housekeeping, and management teams Support OTA-related operations (booking confirmations, guest requests, notes) Prepare basic operational and shift reports Requirements1–3 years of experience in hospitality, front desk, or operations roles Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Good organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, PMS systems are a plus) Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed What We Offer Competitive salary Career growth within a growing hospitality brand Professional and supportive work environment Hands-on experience across hospitality operations To apply:Please send your CV to [email / link] with the subject: Front Desk & Operations Officer Application.
