Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Account Manager, based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Marketing Account Manager will oversee client accounts, develop marketing strategies, implement campaigns, and ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with client objectives. The role requires frequent communication with clients to provide updates and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and account management Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and content marketing Strong analytical skills in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance analysis Strong verbal and written communication, client management, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects efficiently Experience in a similar field or role, especially within media production or IT solutions, is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
