Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in Desert of Cairo Governorate. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, providing market insights, conducting property tours, and negotiating contracts. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and staying updated with real estate market trends to provide expert advice and support to clients.
Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Strong understanding of the real estate market, including market trends, property values, and legal processes. Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients effectively. Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored property solutions accordingly. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in Real Estate or a similar field is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous. Proficiency in relevant technology and software used in real estate operations is a plus.
