Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis for a Platform Operation Manager specializing in limousine services. The role involves overseeing daily platform operations, managing limousine scheduling and logistics, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The manager will collaborate with teams to streamline processes, address client inquiries, and maintain high operational standards in line with company objectives.
Qualifications Proven experience in operations management, logistics, and coordinating transportation services. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of limousine services. Proficiency in data analysis and using technology for operational planning and optimization. Excellent customer service, communication, and people management skills to lead teams and interact effectively with clients. Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic environments and operational challenges. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry and multilingual skills are a plus.
