Egy Bell is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for a leading real estate developer across the Middle East and North Africa.
Location: Cairo Festival City Mall, 5th Settlement. Rotational Shifts - 8 hours.
Key Responsibilities:Provide face-to-face assistance to mall visitors at customer service desks and across the mall. Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly. Offer guidance on mall services, promotions, directions, and events. Coordinate with mall departments and tenants to resolve customer issues. Maintain service standards, appearance, and customer satisfaction levels.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree. Very Good command of English. Fresh Graduates can apply. Customer-oriented attitude. Strong team player. Problem-solving skills.
