Job Description: Presales Library and Proposal Manager Konecta is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technologically proficient Presales Library and Proposal Manager. This role leads the development, maintenance, and strategic organization of all assets and practices used by Sales and Presales teams to respond to customer requests (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and create winning proposals. This position is central to accelerating deal cycles, ensuring content quality, increasing win ratios, and driving consistency in our market positioning.
Key Responsibilities High-Quality Proposal Creation Lead the production of premium, high-impact proposals, ensuring all documentation meets brand standards and addresses specific customer pain points. Craft and refine compelling Executive Summaries that articulate a clear vision and strategic alignment with client goals. Drive the creation of reusable, modular content (e.g., sales pitches, case studies) that can be rapidly assembled into customized, high-quality responses. Develop and standardize Value Propositions that clearly differentiate Konecta’s offerings in the marketplace. Support the development of detailed Services and Technical descriptions, collaborating with SMEs to ensure accuracy in solution blueprints and operational models.
Library & Proposal Management Manage and continuously evolve the central Presales Knowledge Repository (Library) for Next Gen BPO, CX, and Digital solutions. Establish and enforce a clear data governance model for content submission, review, approval, version control, and archival. Drive the development of an AI-powered Proposal creation/management tool to automate drafting and enhance proposal quality. Oversee and administer all Content Management Tools (e.g., Presales Guru, RFP automation software) used by the Presales team. Collaborate with the Digital Office to maintain the Presales Library tool for easy search and retrieval by the (pre) Sales team. Training and Enablement Act as the go-to expert for the Presales team on library structure, AI tool utilization, and best practices for content usage. Conduct regular training sessions for Sales staff on proposal writing and how to efficiently leverage resources and AI tools to create winning proposals.
Qualifications Experience Minimum of 5+ years in a Presales, Bid Management, or Proposal Management role within the CX services, BPO, or IT industry. Strong experience in Proposal Management, specifically in drafting executive-level content and storytelling with persuasive narratives to influence a specific audience. Preferred experience with modern, AI-enabled Proposal Management tools and RFP automation platforms. Proven track record in managing large-scale content libraries and implementing governance processes. Familiarity with core BPO domains (e.g., F&A, HR, CX) and digital technologies (AI, RPA, Cloud, Gen AI). Skills & Competencies Advanced understanding of the Sales/Presales cycle and the specific content needs at each stage. Compelling storytelling skills, integrating fragmented information from various Subject Matter Experts into a cohesive, singular voice, translating complex technical and operational blueprints into benefit-driven language. Strong editorial skills in English with the ability to standardize technical writing from various SMEs into a "one-voice" proposal. Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), knowledge bases, and document control tools. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Management, or a related technical field. A certification in Bid & Proposal Management (e.g., APMP) or Knowledge Management (CKM) is a plus.
