Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication Understand client business goals and translate them into clear and actionable marketing strategies Plan, manage, and follow up on marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery Coordinate with internal teams (Media Buying, Content, Design, Performance, SEO) to ensure aligned execution Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, recommendations, and optimization ideas Use CRM and project management tools such as Trello, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms to track tasks, timelines, and client communication Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on performance and progress Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and campaign results Ensure client satisfaction, handle feedback professionally, and proactively resolve issues
Required Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience as an Account Manager / Senior Account Executive within a Marketing Agency Proven hands-on experience in client servicing and marketing strategy Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows Practical experience using CRM or project management tools (Trello, Zoho, Asana, Monday, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple accounts
