Job description:
• Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, event agencies, concierge services, and luxury brands.
• Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients for: Corporate dinners and business
entertaining.
• Develop tailored proposals showcasing the unique selling points of the floating venue luxury restaurants, and Nightlife offering.
• Actively prospect through cold calls networking events, site visits, referrals, and industry partnerships.
• Ensure all corporate events align with the brand's luxury standards and guest experience
expectations.
• Represent the venue at corporate functions networking events, exhibitions, and industry
showcases.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional image aligned with a luxury lifestyle
brand.
• Assist in developing corporate packages seasonal offers, and promotional concepts.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of corporate sales experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, fine dining, Nightlife, or event venues.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding
revenue targets.
• Strong network of corporate clients, event planners, or luxury brand contacts (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to
build trust at senior management level.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, anc presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
