Build and manage monthly & weekly content strategies aligned with business goals.
Define content pillars, themes, and video series across social platforms.
Create viral-ready short-form video concepts (Reels / Shorts / Tik Tok).
Write or supervise:
Hooks
Video scripts & outlines
CTAs
Lead and coordinate with:
Video Photographer
Video Editor
Copywriter
Analyze content performance (views, retention, engagement, leads).
Optimize content based on data and audience behavior.
Track trends and adapt them to the brand’s voice and positioning.
✅ Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role.
Strong understanding of:
Social media algorithms
Audience psychology
Storytelling & content frameworks
Hands-on experience with video-first content.
Business-oriented mindset with a focus on growth & conversion.
Experience in real estate, business, or personal branding is a plus.
Ability to turn ideas into scalable content systems.
