Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Sales Support professional, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role includes managing client communications, supporting the sales team in achieving targets, and monitoring customer satisfaction to foster positive relationships. Key responsibilities involve conducting market analysis, offering tailored solutions to clients, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations. You will also be responsible for processing orders, maintaining sales records, and supporting sales pitches and presentations.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain client relationships and address customer inquiries effectively Analytical skills to evaluate sales data, identify trends, and contribute to the development of sales strategies Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and high-value clients Experience in Sales Operations to support order processing, sales reporting, and process improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Science or a related field At least 5 years of experience in sales support or related roles
