Role Description We are seeking an experienced Airline Ticketing Manager (B2C) to lead and manage our individual (consumer) flight booking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day ticketing activities, managing the ticketing team, ensuring fast and accurate bookings, handling after-sales services, and maximizing profitability while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with GDS systems, deep knowledge of airline fare rules, and the ability to manage high booking volumes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Ticketing & Operations • Manage end-to-end B2C airline ticket bookings (One-way, Round-trip, Multi-city). • Handle ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, voids, and cancellations. • Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, penalties, and ticketing policies. • Monitor booking accuracy and minimize ADM risks.
Team Management • Supervise and train ticketing agents. • Allocate workloads and ensure fast response times. • Set daily priorities and performance targets. • Maintain high operational discipline during peak seasons.
Customer Experience • Handle escalated customer cases professionally. • Ensure timely responses via phone, Whats App, and online channels. • Balance customer satisfaction with company profitability.
Systems & Reporting • Operate and optimize GDS systems (Amadeus preferred). • Track daily sales, margins, and error rates. • Prepare basic performance and sales reports.
Revenue & Performance • Improve conversion rates and reduce ticketing errors. • Support pricing decisions for competitive B2C offers. • Work closely with sales and management to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements
Experience & Skills • Minimum 3–5 years of airline ticketing experience (B2C). • Strong hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus required). • Solid understanding of: • Fare rules & pricing • Refunds & reissues • BSP / IATA procedures • Proven experience managing or supervising a ticketing team. • Ability to work under pressure and handle high booking volumes.
Qualifications • IATA certification is highly preferred. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Good command of English (spoken & written). • Organized, detail-oriented, and commercially aware.
