We’re hiring a Senior Operations & E-Commerce Manager to help scale the digital operations of a fast-growing international company.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems, working with data, and making things run better every week. You won’t just manage processes — you’ll own them, improve them, and scale them.
If you like structure, dashboards, and execution more than meetings and slide decks, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
Shopify & Digital Operations • Own the Shopify website end-to-end • Manage products, collections, pricing, and inventory • Make ongoing updates to pages, content, and site structure • Ensure accuracy, performance, and consistency across regions
Pricing & Online Platforms • Manage product listings across multiple online sales platforms • Own pricing strategies across EU, UK, and US markets • Monitor competitors, margins, and positioning • Ensure pricing, stock, and brand strategy stay aligned
Data, Dashboards & Automation • Build and maintain dashboards covering: • Sales and traction • Marketing performance • Inventory and stock • Revenue and financial data • Consolidate data from multiple tools and platforms • Use APIs or integrations to automate reporting where possible • Turn data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
What We’re Looking For • Strong hands-on Shopify experience (non-negotiable) • High level of technical and system literacy • Experience managing multiple online sales platforms • Comfortable working with operational data and dashboards • Familiar with APIs, integrations, or automated reporting • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail • Excellent English communication skills • Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership and responsibility
