Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing real estate properties. Additionally, the role requires offering expert advice on the market, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless transaction process for clients.
Qualifications
Experience in real estate sales and possession of a valid Real Estate License Strong customer service and client relationship management skills Proficiency in sales techniques and knowledge of the real estate market Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment Familiarity with the local market in New Cairo is a preferred advantage Collaborative mindset and capability to work effectively in a team setting Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
