About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Media Buyer to support our digital marketing efforts across multiple paid media platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about performance marketing and the education technology space.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns Manage campaigns across Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and Snapchat Monitor performance and analyze data to generate insights and recommendations Prepare performance reports using Meta reports, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity Support A/B testing and campaign optimization initiatives Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or media buying Familiarity with major media buying platforms Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with strong collaboration skills Interest in EdTech and supporting student learning
