Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Customer Service Representative with C1-level English proficiency. Based in Cairo, Egypt, this role includes the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and support, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experiences across various channels to meet organizational standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience Experience as a Customer Service Representative or in Customer Support Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 proficiency required) Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model with a commitment to delivering high-quality support Prior experience in BPO or a customer service-related industry is a plus Proficiency in using customer support tools and systems
