Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Delivering high-quality English language instruction to individuals and corporate clients, ensuring all learning objectives are met. Student Assessment & Placement: Conducting initial placement tests and ongoing formative assessments to accurately gauge student levels and track progress throughout the course. Lesson Planning & Customization: Designing and adapting lesson plans to suit the specific needs of the Egyptian workforce, incorporating real-world scenarios and interactive methodologies. Classroom Management: Maintaining a professional, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a "can-do" attitude toward language acquisition. Progress Reporting: Preparing detailed monthly student evaluations and feedback reports for the Academic Manager, highlighting areas of improvement and achievement. Educational Technology Integration: Utilizing modern teaching tools, digital platforms, and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience and optimize engagement. Professional Development: Actively participating in internal workshops and staying updated on the latest trends in TESOL/TEFL and adult learning theories. Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field from a recognized university. Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL). Certifications Mastery: It's highly preferred to hold an internationally recognized teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, DELTA, or Trinity Cert TESOL). Language Proficiency: Near-native fluency in English (C1/C2 level) with excellent pronunciation and a command of professional business vocabulary. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and various virtual classroom platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, or Google Meet). Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex grammatical concepts for diverse learners.
