Job Title: Odoo Functional Consultant Requirements2 – 6 years of proven experience in Odoo ERP (Mandatory). Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation cycles. Ability to analyze client business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions. Experience with GAP analysis and functional documentation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Gather and analyze clients’ business processes and requirements. Identify required Odoo modules to fulfill business needs. Prepare functional documentation and business process diagrams. Perform GAP analysis to determine configuration vs. customization needs. Project Planning & Implementation Create project plans based on the agreed scope and client contracts. Review and update project plans according to finalized milestones. Configure Odoo modules based on functional requirements. Prepare demo databases aligned with client business scenarios. Coordinate with technical teams and create detailed tasks for developers. Testing & Go-Live Execute full system testing cycles before client demonstrations. Validate data accuracy and system functionality. Support clients during the go-live and stabilization phases. Handover the project to the support team with complete documentation. Training & Documentation Deliver user training sessions (on-site or online). Prepare comprehensive training and functional documentation including:Workflows Processes Forms Fields System configurations Ensure optimal system usage after implementation.
