Job Summary The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across SEO, content, analytics, and performance marketing. The role oversees regional digital initiatives, manages multi-brand portfolios, and ensures strong online visibility, traffic growth, and conversion performance. This position works cross-functionally with content, media buying, PR, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across SEO, content, analytics, and performance channels. Oversee regional digital marketing initiatives across multiple markets (UAE & Egypt). SEO & Website Optimization Lead SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimization. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis. Monitor website performance, organic traffic, rankings, and SEO health. Collaborate with content teams to optimize articles, landing pages, and blogs for search intent. Content & Brand Communication Guide content creation to ensure SEO best practices, brand tone, and engagement goals are met. Coordinate with PR, media, and editorial teams on content calendars and campaign rollouts. Support content strategies for blogs, digital publications, and branded platforms. Performance Marketing & Analytics Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools. Support media buying and performance accounts through data analysis and reporting. Translate data insights into optimization actions and strategic recommendations. Stakeholder & Account Management Manage multiple brands and accounts simultaneously across different industries. Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners. Prepare performance reports and present insights to management and stakeholders. Leadership & Supervision Supervise and support junior team members and specialists. Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards. Contribute to process improvement and digital marketing best practices. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field. Experience6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong focus on SEO and content. Proven experience in regional roles handling multiple markets and brands. Background in marketing agencies or multi-brand environments is highly preferred. Experience working with media, editorial, lifestyle, F&B, retail, and corporate brands. Technical & Professional Skills Advanced knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page). Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (Beginner & Advanced). Experience with content strategy, online journalism, and digital publications. Solid understanding of media buying, performance marketing, and data analysis. Strong reporting, insights generation, and optimization skills. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Leadership and team supervision capability.
