The role supports complex, business-critical systems across customs, logistics, and supply-chain domains. Job Scope:We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional technical teams to translate business needs into clear specifications, workflows, and use cases. You will play a key role in supporting Agile delivery, system improvements, and continuous optimization across enterprise platforms. Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT or digital transformation projects Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (Use Cases, User Stories, EPICs, Activity Diagrams) Solid knowledge of BABOK standards and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience working with complex systems, integrations, data flows, and reporting requirements Ability to evaluate existing systems and recommend process and performance improvements Experience in Customs, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or Warehousing is a strong advantage Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams Fluency in English (written and spoken) BA certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus
