Job Details

Job Description:Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans in coordination with senior management. Monitor budget performance across departments and projects, identify variances, and provide detailed analysis and recommendations. Support cost control initiatives to ensure spending aligns with approved budgets and company financial objectives. Ensure budgetary compliance with internal policies and financial controls. Prepare and present regular management reports on budget utilization, performance trends, and key financial insights. Work closely with accounting, procurement, and project teams to validate costs and improve budget accuracy. Participate in financial reviews and support decision-making through data-driven analysis. Contribute to continuous improvement of budgeting processes, tools, and reporting standards Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (CPA, CMA is a plus.)* Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior costing position.* Exposure to international companies or experience dealing with foreign entities is highly preferred.* Knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and IFRS.* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
