Who are we looking for? We are looking for an Office & HR Manager (7-12 years of experience), a proactive, resourceful person who can think on their feet and independently find the best solutions, even when things don’t go as planned. This role is blend of people and operations, managing the full hiring cycle, HR and general administration, employee engagement, compliance tasks and basic financial operations. We need a doer who can bounce between headhunting, onboarding a new executive and troubleshooting a Wi-Fi outage without breaking a sweat. Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (40%) Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding Recruit and manage hiring processes for candidates, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations HR Operations (30%) Manage HR administration, compliance, and documentation Support employee engagement initiatives, feedback processes, and internal communication Maintain up-to-date HR policies, employee records, and HR systems Contribute to projects related to performance management, training, and organizational development Office Management (30%):Maintain the digital filing system (Share Point), ensure that impact reports, case studies, and templates are organized and accessible. Chase the team for receipts and reconcile monthly credit card statements. Take charge of the accounts payable cycle by managing payments and bank transfers, ensuring all service costs are well-documented and our financial records remain audit-ready. Oversee basic IT administration, including user account management, software subscriptions, and general tech troubleshooting for the team
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field7–12 years of experience in People Ops, HR, or Office Management3+ years in a startup Proven experience managing a full-cycle recruitment and proactive headhunting Strong understanding of HR best practices Hands-on experience managing daily financial operations, including bank transfers, accounts payable, and meticulous expense tracking. Immediate availability preferred Fluent in both English and Arabic Based in Cairo, Egypt
