Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Representative with a textiles background. The Sales Representative will manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to sales strategies to promote Hesni's high-quality products. Responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their requirements, negotiating contracts, and presenting product solutions tailored to their specific needs. The role also involves collaborating with the product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain market trends knowledge to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of the textiles industry, including woven and knitted fabrics, dyeing, printing, and finishing processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management capabilities. Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems. Fluency in English and Arabic. Additional language skills are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to work on-site in Cairo, with potential travel for client meetings and events. Previous experience in textiles sales or a related field is highly desirable.
