Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager, located in New Cairo. The Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage staff performance. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing budgets, handling patient inquiries, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing effective operational strategies. The manager will also collaborate with medical and administrative teams to optimize clinic efficiency and achieve business goals.
Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including experience in team supervision and operational management. Strong organizational and administrative skills for handling scheduling, budgets, and clinic operations. Customer service and communication skills to ensure excellent patient care and respond effectively to inquiries. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and experience ensuring compliance within a clinical setting. Experience in the aesthetic or healthcare industry is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred.
