Responsibilities: • Drive sales across all channels (Instagram, Whats App, events, pharmacies) • Plan and execute marketing campaigns with clear sales targets • Analyze campaign performance and sales data • Work closely with data dashboards to improve conversion & ROI • Coordinate with influencers and track performance • Support product launches and promotions • Provide weekly sales & marketing insights

Requirements: • Experience in sales or marketing (beauty / FMCG is a plus) • Strong understanding of digital marketing & customer behavior • Data-driven mindset (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates) • Ability to translate numbers into actions • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented • English & Arabic required
