Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Pharmacy Manager. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage and mentor pharmacy staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain high-quality pharmacy practices. Responsibilities include supervising the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions, monitoring inventory levels, implementing immunization services, and ensuring exceptional service to customers while adhering to safety standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription handling Experience in leading and mentoring Pharmacy Team Proficiency in providing Leadership attitude. Strong organizational, communication, and team management skillspharmacy license and certifications in Egypt Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
