Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Sales Manager (Delta Resident) located in Tanta, Egypt. The District Sales Manager will lead and supervise sales teams within their district, oversee strategic sales operations to meet targets, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, mentoring and training the sales team, and ensuring all activities align with Paxal's business goals and values.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate sales teams. Experience in sales operations, strategic planning, and achieving sales targets in the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving, with demonstrable interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop competitive strategies. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in business or marketing is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis for reporting. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Adaptability and commitment to working in a results-driven environment.
