Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, located in New Cairo, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will engage in day-to-day tasks such as building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting and selling customized uniform solutions, and delivering excellent customer service. They will also assist in managing sales processes, training new team members, and identifying opportunities to expand market reach. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and achieve sales goals Experience in Sales Management and Training to support and guide team members Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
