????️ Job description:

• Respond promptly and professionally to quest messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, website
chat, etc.).
• Monitor and moderate public comments, ensuring positive engagement and brand reputation management.
• Maintain the brand tone of voice aligned with a premium restaurant/Nightlife experience.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs ( date, occasion, group size, preferences) .
• Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations through effective communication and follow-ups by using FOH system.
• Coordinate with operations, host desk, and
management regarding
VIPs, special requests, and peak Nights.
• Ensure all reservation details are complete and
properly documented.
• Response time and quality of online quest communications.
• Provide accurate information about schedules services, facilities, and policies.

????️ Job requirements:

• BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is
preferred.
• 2-4 years of previous experience as a reservations, customer service, or social media moderation in the Boats and Nightlife industry or fine dining restaurants is a Must.
• Proven experience in systems such as FOH system or related system.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional
languages is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle high message volumes, especially during peak hours.
• Outstanding communication abilities is a Must.
• Strong online communication and moderation skills, with a professional and polite tone.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
