Job Responsibilities:Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to business units at the local level, ensuring alignment between HR practices and organizational objectives. Focus on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws, while supporting management in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units and local management. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and strategic objectives. Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational design initiatives. Lead and support recruitment activities to ensure timely and quality hiring. Oversee onboarding, probation follow-up, and employee lifecycle processes. Provide guidance on performance management processes, appraisals, and development plans. Support learning and development initiatives based on business and competency needs. Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and company values. Advise managers on employee engagement, retention, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal governance standards. Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects. Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making. Coordinate with shared services and HR centers of excellence as required. Contribute to HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification is an advantage. Minimum 10–13 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager/HRBP or similar role. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Experience supporting multiple business units or operational environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience with HR systems and HR analytics. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational and time management skills. High level of integrity and accountability.
