Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Service Advisor based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing customer relationships, scheduling vehicle service appointments, and acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process. This role includes assessing customer service needs, providing accurate cost estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely service delivery. The Service Advisor will also address customer inquiries, monitor service progress, and ensure all service operations adhere to company standards.
Qualifications Experience in customer service, client communication, and building relationships Proficiency in providing cost estimates, scheduling, and managing service appointments Familiarity with automotive service management, technical support, and vehicle maintenance processes Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Prior experience in the automotive industry, knowledge of automotive systems, and technical background are a plus Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer skills
