Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role, based in Heliopolis. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. The position includes designing and delivering onboarding programs, collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, and maintaining candidate communication throughout the hiring process. This role is essential in identifying top talent, ensuring a strong alignment with the company's needs and values.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing to attract and evaluate candidates effectively. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear collaboration with candidates and team members. Experience in Training and onboarding processes to support new hires and meet organizational goals. Ability to work in a dynamic team and manage multiple recruitment tasks effectively. Background in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage. Familiarity with labor laws and best recruitment practices is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
