Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience and fostering customer relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
