Role Description We are seeking an LV and MV Mechanical Design Manager, responsible for leading design and engineering projects related to low and medium voltage electrical systems. Key responsibilities include managing mechanical design processes, overseeing a team of engineers, ensuring the functionality and safety of machine designs, and leading project management activities to meet deadlines and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi.
Qualifications Proficiency in Design Management and Machine Design, with a focus on innovation and technical accuracy. Solid knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and practices relevant to low and medium voltage systems. Strong Team Management and leadership skills to oversee and guide a multidisciplinary engineering team. Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure project success. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills applicable to mechanical design challenges. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, such as plastic injection molding and sheet metal forming, is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Effective communication and collaboration capabilities to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
