Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Writer specializing in Digital Transformation, IT Service Management, and Compliance Documentation to support enterprise and government projects. The role focuses on producing high-quality, audit-ready documentation including proposals, RFP responses, SOPs, SLAs, service catalogs, and ISO/ITIL frameworks. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Saudi digital-government standards ISO certifications, and service quality frameworks, and is capable of translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear, structured, and compliant documentation in both Arabic and English. Key Responsibilities Proposals & RFPsLead the preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and pre-sales documentation for managed services, cloud, SAP, data, and digital transformation projects. Build and maintain proposal templates aligned with corporate branding and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, and Engineering. Experience+3 years of experience in technical writing, compliance documentation, or digital transformation projects. Proven experience working with government and enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Strong background in ISO implementation and audit preparation.
