???? Location: Sheraton, Cairo (Onsite)
???? Company: Miran Center – Training & Development (KSA-based)
???? Working Hours (KSA Time): Includes a 1-hour daily break
• Saturday: 12pm to 9pm
• Sunday to Wednesday: 10am to 7pm
• Thursday: 10am to 5pm
???? Reports to: Sales Manager

???? About the Role:
Miran Center is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee a team of telesales and field sales agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily follow-up on team performance, ensuring achievement of sales goals, monitoring calls and KPIs, and supporting team members to maximize results.

???? Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, coach, and motivate telesales and sales agents.
• Monitor and follow up on individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved based on the daily assigned leads.
• Track daily sales activities, call logs, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment on strategy and goals.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to sales agents to improve performance.
• Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews and submit reports.
• Ensure a productive, motivating, and goal-oriented work environment.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to boost results.
???? Requirements:
• Previous experience in a sales team leadership role.
• Strong understanding of telesales and B2C/B2B sales processes which based on leads.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvement.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Excel or other reporting tools.
• Experience in the training or education sector is a plus.
