Role Description

This is a full-time office based role for a Senior Corporate Sales Executive. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Senior Corporate Sales Executive will focus on driving corporate sales for the UAE market by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and delivering customized insurance solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets. The role demands excellent communication and client service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Corporate Sales and Sales management, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficient in Account Management, with the ability to manage and grow existing accounts effectively. A strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly with corporate insurance services, is highly advantageous. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Track record of success in the UAE or Egypt market is a significant advantage. Working Hours : From 7:00 Am till 4:00 PM Experience in Insurance - Business Development - Call Center is a significant advantage.
